Theater for the New City will present the 40th annual Street Theater Tour, featuring the rip-roaring musical “Election Selection, or You Bet!” The story follows three average American citizens who are brought on a journey through time and inspired to become political community activists. TNC’s Street Theater tour is free and a great time for the entire family. Our Summer Intensive Dance Camp is for children 4-7 years. Dance Camp is designed to introduce children to a variety of dance styles with a focus on technique in a fun and enriching environment.
This summer’s theme is Dancing through the Decades. We will take children through dances from the 20s, 50s, 70s, 90s, with supplemental classes in yoga, Pilates, and flexibility for purposes of strengthening and honing technique. Students will be exposed to a variety of musical styles and cultures during the course of the program.
